Russ and Howard started the firm over 20 years ago. Roberts & Company provides personalized services to owner-operated businesses. We get to know the clients, and clients get to know us. Most of our staff have been with us a very long time, most well over ten years, and one of our clients has been with the firm (and its predecessor) for over 40 years! Continuity and client knowledge is a big thing; we're always there and always reliable.

For the owner-operator, we are a "One-Stop-Shop" with lots of easy parking, which makes our service very convenient. We use the latest software for bookkeeping, accounting, write-ups, tax research and office productivity to ensure our services are efficiently provided and accurately done. We're big enough to provide the full range of accounting and advisory services you need, but small enough that you are treated as an important client, not just "another account".

We also use our technology wisely, just like we advise our clients to. We use the latest computerized systems for preparing your financial statements, and use appropriate automation to keep us efficient and keep our cost of service reasonable and competitive. Technology also enables us to spend more time on review and analysis of the numbers, not just preparing them, so we can provide our insight to help you improve your business's profitability.

For those computerizing their accounting systems, we provide certified support for major accounting software packages like Simply Accounting, MYOB and QuickBooks. We use our web site and e-mail to communicate with our clients, send draft financials, making it easy for you to review communications at a time and place convenient to you.
